SEFTON COUNCIL HELP DURING COVID-19
If a resident needs help for them or their household, they are encouraged to call Sefton Council on 0345 140 0845 or fill in the online form to ask for the support needed and to get advice on where else to access information and help. The Sefton Council team will assess the need and pass the information to Sefton Council for Voluntary Services (Sefton CVS.)
Patients who are classed as vulnerable to COVID-19 and homeless should contact Sefton Council’s Housing Options team by phone immediately. This includes anyone who has nowhere to stay, or who would find it unsafe to return home, or who will be homeless within the next 56 days.
They can call the team on 07966 698065 or 07870 379586 and they will assessed over the phone prior to a discussion about their housing options. New cases can also make contact with the team by email.
