Appointments can be made by telephoning 01704 534137 or 531114 from 8.00am Monday to Friday or by calling at the surgery during opening hours. To save you telephoning the practice you can book appointments on-line, please ask at the practice reception for more information. Routine appointments can be booked well in advance thereby enabling us to offer you an appointment suitable to your requirements. Alternatively, they can be booked on the day on a first come, first served basis.
Please remember an appointment gives the doctor time to deal with one person and one problem. If you feel your problem(s) need extra time, please mention this to the receptionist and you will be given an appropriate appointment.
If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so that your appointment can be offered to somebody else.
7-Day GP Service
7 day GP access is now available in Southport & Formby. All our patients are eligible to book routine appointments within this service. Appointments are available:

5-9pm weekdays and 9am-1pm weekends
