We do hope that you will never have cause to complain about the service we provide. However, if such an occasion arises we would hope that an informal discussion would enable any situation to be resolved. We do have an in-house complaints procedure in common with all primary health care teams and a leaflet explaining this procedure is available from reception.
We always welcome suggestions for improvement and if you are happy with our service we would like to hear about that too.
Complaints can be made verbally or in writing to the practice manager.
Complaining to NHS England
We hope that, if you do have a problem, you will use our practice complaints procedure. We believe this will give us the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice. However, this does not affect your right to approach NHS England if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us, or you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigations.
